3 Muscle Development Tips Everyone Should Know, and Follow

Here are some muscle development tips that will help build health and strength into your body.
Tip #1: Of course, exercise. Although cardiovascular exercise can be great for burning fat (and therefore, giving you more visible muscle), moderate- to high-intensity weightlifting can really pack on the muscle.
Try to do some weight-lifting 3 times a week.
And, as a side note, if you don’t have weights, bodyweight exercises can be great, too.
Tip#2: Rest. Though I’m not sure if there is such a thing as overtraining, it’s good not to try to push yourself too much. If your body feels tired and sore, get the rest you need. Even miss a workout if you have to. It’s a lesson that I’ve learned myself, and continue to learn.
Tip #3: Avoid “girlie” foods. Try to avoid eating too much junk food. You know which foods I’m talking about. And conversely, try to eat muscle-building foods like lean proteins.
If you follow these 3 tips, you should see an increase in muscle.
